Health, social care and therapeutic services are able to continue operating under the Health Protection Coronavirus Restrictions. Therefore, South Belfast Counselling will be facilitating counselling sessions as normal.
The regulations note that a person may exercise a reasonable excuse to leave the place where they normally live to access services relating to mental health.
To ensure face-to-face appointments can take place, COVID-19 mitigation measures have been undertaken using a common sense approach, recognising that both parties in the counselling alliance are adults who have the ability to make reasoned judgements on risk.
You can access the service’s COVID-19 mitigations here.
You can access The Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (No. 2) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2021 here.
If you would like to make a face-to-face appointment or avail of an online or telephone counselling session, please use the form below and I’ll get back to you to make the necessary arrangements. Make sure you include your email address and telephone number, otherwise I won’t be able to reply.
I aim to answer your request within 24 hours.
